Our core services
Whether you need fragile photographs carefully digitized, disorganized family or organizational records cataloged, private interviews recorded, or a historic site documented, Cultura provides clear, preservation-focused solutions tailored to your collection.
Document and photo digitization
Careful handling, high-resolution scans, consistent file naming, organized digital delivery, and optional optical character recognition (OCR) for searchable text.
Family and organizational archives
Collection assessment, sorting, cataloging, metadata creation, long-term preservation and storage guidance, and strategic digitization planning for households and small groups.
Cultura Life Stories
Private guided interviews turned into written chapters, professional audio narration, and custom books. Packages include Single Story Chapter ($125), Five-Chapter Life Story ($495), and Family Legacy Collection ($950+).
Our archival process
Every project follows a transparent six-step framework: 1) initial discovery consultation; 2) written project scope and estimate; 3) careful intake and inventory; 4) scanning, photography, recording, or field capture with metadata; 5) return of original materials alongside organized digital deliveries; and 6) optional follow-up guidance.
Heritage documentation and research
We work with historical societies, museums, families, community organizations, and other stewards of history to document historic structures and collections. Services can include historical research support, high-resolution field photography, 360-degree capture, photogrammetry or LiDAR when appropriate, and interpretive planning for public or private stewardship.
