HOW IT WORKS
We agree on the five chapter themes before interviewing. Interviews are recorded with permission, transcribed, organized, and shaped into a readable narrative while preserving the storyteller’s voice. You review the draft before narration and final production.

CLIENT MATERIALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The client selects interview participants and supplies photographs, documents, names, dates, captions, and other source information. The client confirms that submitted materials may be used for the commissioned project and obtains permission from other rights holders when necessary.

PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP
Interviews and family materials are handled privately and are not published or used in Cultura advertising without separate written permission. Clients retain ownership of their original materials. Cultura retains ownership of its original production work until the agreed balance is paid; the final agreement will state the client’s permitted personal and family uses.

REVISIONS, SCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATION
One coordinated revision round is included. New interviews, major restructuring, research, extensive restoration, rush work, or additional formats may require a revised quote. Scheduling, deposits, cancellation terms, delivery estimates, and refunds are confirmed in the written service agreement before work begins.
