CULTURA FAMILY LEGACY PRESERVATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

We preserve more than a story. We preserve the family archive behind it.

Your family’s history lives in its voices, photographs, documents, and memories. Cultura brings those pieces together through recorded interviews, archival preservation, historical research, narrative writing, and book production—creating an organized legacy that can be protected and shared across generations.

INTERVIEW THE FAMILY. PRESERVE THE ARCHIVE. RESEARCH THE HISTORY. WRITE THE STORY. CREATE THE BOOK. PROTECT THE LEGACY.

Every project begins with a free consultation and a written scope. Individual Life Stories remain available as an accessible starting point within Cultura’s broader family legacy preservation service.

THE FAMILY LEGACY PRESERVATION PROCESS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Interview the family — Private, guided conversations preserve memories, voices, relationships, and lived experience.
2. Preserve the photographs and documents — Selected family materials are assessed, organized, digitized, and described according to the project scope.
3. Research the history — Agreed historical and genealogical research provides context without replacing or overstating personal recollection.
4. Write the story — Interviews, records, and images are shaped into a clear, engaging, carefully reviewed narrative.
5. Create the book — The approved story and selected materials become a finished book or professionally prepared book-ready manuscript when included.
6. Preserve the digital archive — Organized files and agreed metadata help protect the family collection for future generations.
