HOW IT WORKS
We choose one clear topic during the consultation. The interview is recorded with permission, transcribed, and shaped into a polished chapter that preserves the storyteller’s voice. You review the written draft before narration and final delivery.

INTERVIEW AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The booking client supplies accurate names, dates, photographs, documents, and background information and confirms that submitted materials may be used for this project. Interview participants may decline questions or request a pause during recording.

PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP
Interview recordings and submitted family materials are kept private and are not published or used in Cultura advertising without separate written permission. Clients retain ownership of their original materials. Rights to the completed chapter, narration, and permitted uses are defined in the written service agreement.

REVISIONS, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION
One revision is included for reasonable corrections and clarifications. A new interview, substantial rewriting, added research, restoration, rush work, or additional formats may require a revised quote. Deposit, cancellation, refund, delivery, and final-payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

This service preserves personal recollections. Cultura does not independently verify every memory or provide legal, medical, genealogical, or historical certification unless separately contracted.
